- Apply nail polish coat preferably of light colours like white, pink or grey and let it dry
- Cut the newspaper portion may be letters or images and keep them aside
- Take a small cup of Alcohol or vodka and dip your finger for 5 seconds
- now take the piece of paper and press it against your nails for 15 seconds
- Apply a final see through coat and you are done
- that is really a simple tutorial to make newspaper nail art, to understand better
