If you are purchasing a touchscreen phone, you should check weather it is capacitive or resistive because capacitive touchscreen are more responsive and easy to use, you will not need a stylus to operate where as resistive touch screen phones are generally cheaper than capacitive touch screen phones but are not as responsive as capacitive. I will recommend you to go for a capacitive touchscreen
