Taj Mahal, Made in Bangladesh !!

All of us know that Tajmahal is one of the most visited tourist spots in India which was built by Shahjahan in memory of his third wife Mumtajmahal, this might not surprise you, but the surprising thing is that there is one more Tajmahal just 1600 kms away from Agra, Guess where it is ? It is in Dhaka, the capital city of Bangladesh, Built by Bangladeshi Film Director Ahsanullah Moni but not in memory of any one's love just for his love with the Wonderful Monument Tajmahal in India

This Bangladeshi Tajmahal is built in Sonargaon which is 30 kms from Dhaka. Mr.Moni says that he loves Tajmahal very much and he wanted to show Bangladeshis how this great monument of Love looks like, because 70% of the people in Bangladesh are below poverty line who cannot afford to go to India to see the Seventh wonder of the world

This Bangladeshi Tajmahal is Built in 5 years time and costed 250 crores to the passionate Taj lover Mr.Moni. He mentions that his Taj is built with same marble which was used in Original Tajmahal in India and the marble was imported from Italy.

But I really doubt if this Bangladeshi Tajmahal would attract Foreign Touristers while they the choice it is most likely that people will like visiting the original monument and apart from this there are few other amazing things and facts about the Original Tajmahal   

1) Taj Mahal  was selected one among the Seven Wonders of the World selected by New 7 Wonders Foundation, Switzerland in 2007.

2) Tajmahal is a symbol of love, which was built in memory of his love.

3) which has a history of 364 years.

3) It took 16 years and thousands of workers to build the Tajmahal

4) Taj has 30-35 lakh Tourists visitng every year

5) Tajmahal construction started in the year 1632 and ended in 1648

The above facts make it clear that The Tajmahal, Made in India is unbeatable.

I would also like to tell you there is one more tajmahal in India itself in Aurangabad, Maharashtra built by Azam Shah, son of Aurangazeb and Rabia Durrani , This is called " Bibi ka Maqbara" which was built as a tribute to Rabia Durrani,wife of Aurangazeb. This Bibi ka Maqbara could not get really famous because it was made with a limited budget.
