Nareepol tree grows fruits in shape of women
Fruits and Vegetables are found in different shapes, Banana is of different shape and shape of brinjal is something else and tomato is circular. But you will be surprised to know there is tree named nareepol which grows trees in the shape of young girl. It is believed that the nareepol tree exists in Himalayan Slopes and grows narilatha or nareepol flowers once in every 20 years, nareepol is also believed to exist in Thailand (Petchaboon) and Srilanka also.
There is a interesting story about this nareepol which refers to our ancient times. It is believed that the God created this nareepol flowers, Saints who were meditating in Himalayas for pleasing the god should not be disturbed by the angel women like Rambha, Oorvasi and Menaka who were sent to disturb the meditation of the saints. But it is very rare to see this beautiful young girl shaped flowers because they grow only once in every two decades
