are varieties of food available around. Sometimes, it is hard to decide that
what kind of food is better for the proper development of the baby. Here, in

Eggs: Eggs are the best
source for quality protein; it is also a good source of more than 12 vitamins
and minerals. Protein is very much essential during pregnancy, as baby’s cells
are developed with protein as well as the expecting mother has her own protein
needs. Eggs are also rich in vitamin B complex, which boosts the baby's brain
development. A healthy woman with normal blood cholesterol can add one to two
eggs in her daily diet. Eggs are very easy and quick to make and are best to
consume during pregnancy.
Salmon: Salmon is very rich in high-quality
protein and is a very good source of omega-3 fats. The mercury content in
salmon is very less as compared to other fishes like king mackerel, tilefish,
etc. so it is very safe to consume.
Beans: There are various varieties in beans like
Navy beans, black beans, lentils, pinto beans, chickpeas, etc. so you can
select any kind of beans for daily eating as it is very good in fiber and
protein. Fiber helps in reducing the risk of constipation and hemorrhoids.

Walnuts: If you are a vegetarian and can’t eat
fish or egg, then walnuts are the best alternate to add on in the daily diet.

Vegetables: Vegetables are rich in all types of
vitamins and minerals, especially, green leafy vegetables are rich source of
iron, vitamin A, C and K.
Colorful
fruits: Adding different varieties of colorful fruits
in the daily diet is a very good habit. Different color of fruits ensures that
the mother and the baby are getting all the nutrients.
