That day I was expecting a call from my Boss regarding my US Posting, my mobile phone rang ""!@#$ "" I picked up to hear " Good morning sir, I have got a attractive offer for you sir we have great credit card deals " oofff I screamed and disconnected the phone. I am not the only one who is vexed off with Telemarketing calls and promotional sms's, All of us are Irritated. it gets to peak when you get such calls when you are taking lunch, riding a bike, Taking bath etc. Why not we say, we dont want your calls . There is an easiest way to do this.
All Indian Cell phone users ( Airtel,Reliance,Idea,Docomo any Indian network provider) can add their number to National Do Not call Registry, So that you will not recieve any telemarketing calls & Promotional sms's,So let us subscribe.
You can enroll in National Do Not Call Registry just do one of the following steps
Send an SMS with the message START DND to 1909
OR
Call 1909 and follow instructions
It will take 7 days to stop receiving telemarketing calls and promotional sms,in case if they don't stop even after 7 days just call 1909 and complain. your problem will be resolved.
